No Super Bowl for me, Boy.

Mama took my wallet with her to Aroura by accident today. That means I have no money, no keys, no u-pass, and my plans have been shattered! I suppose it's not the biggest heartbreak in the world, though. I'm finding that alone time is much appreciated after a week of classmates breathing down your neck-- I'm not so sure I'll ever get used to this dorm thing. (I'm just glad my roommate doesn't snore! How lucky!) Instead I will watch the West Side Story and do a little reading with my doggie. 

Last week, I went without a computer for the whole week. I never really realized how much I depended on my computer for.... absolutely nothing. Other than writing papers (which I can type up at school) logging into Facebook or Blogger, and chatting on aim, I don't need it at all. I guess it was an unintentional experiment, but I urge you to do the same. (Tell me how it goes!) It made me realize a.) how many resources are open to me on campus, b.) that my friends are actually fun to talk to face to face sometimes instead of over the interweb. c.) that I still seem to stay connected with events, etc. via ear. Now, I wish I wouldn't have purchased that expensive Mac Book!
